WHAT IS THIS STORE?
Previously this shop existed as the 'Wonderleague Shoppe' - an online version of a physical market stall (first established in 2007) where Bunny can sell their own publications, prints and goods, alongside deadstock trading cards and selected pop culture memorabilia. Bunny Bissoux makes occasional appearances at offline events and exhibitions. Previously exhibiting at Supersonic Festival (UK), Tokyo Art Book Fair (Japan) and Unlimited Edition Seoul (South Korea).
WHERE IS THIS SHOP?
This shop is online in the virtual world, but all items and Bunny currently exist in the UK. Previously based in Tokyo, Japan.
WHAT IS DEADSTOCK? WHAT IS VINTAGE?
DEADSTOCK means ‘old' new stock. Something that is in the same condition as when it was brand new, and has been kept and later recovered in storage, this could be for a number of reasons (didn’t sell, overstock, returns, purposely stored for future sale etc). Often with tags, sealed or boxed. For example the trading cards packs we sell are DEADSTOCK.
VINTAGE refers to something that is old and has a collectible / nostalgic / modern value. By definition vintage means "characterized by excellence, maturity, and enduring appeal" This may apply to something that has been worn/used in someway or its origin is undetermined. For example a used book or magazine from the 1980s would be VINTAGE.
Interpretation of these terms can vary so we encourage you to read all item descriptions carefully before purchase.
TELL ME ABOUT THE TRADING CARDS
We only sell SEALED UNOPENED packs of trading cards. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any chewing gum, bubblegum or any kind of gum or candy included in packs SHOULD NOT BE CONSUMED. Some of our trading card packs are almost 40 years old, the gum has expired and is not safe to eat.
These are deadstock vintage items and may have small signs of age to the outer packaging from years of storage. With gums packs occasionally over time the gum has started to perish and can mark the card it is resting on with dust or a stain. As the packs are sealed we cannot verify this before sale, but this will only ever possibly damage one card.
Some trading card dealers remove gum from the packets before sale, we have chosen NOT to do this to maintain the authenticity of the trading cards pack experience and keep the packs sealed.
We NEVER open, sort through or re seal packs and sell them as new. Because all of the packs are sealed we also can’t tell you whats inside. The joy of buying packs of trading cards is finding out what you get!! We are not responsible if you buy 2 packs and get the same cards again. You are buying random packs as a blind item. Photos show and example of the contents, not the exact cards you will receive. Please read the item descriptions carefully to make sure you understand what you are getting, some packs include puzzle cards or stickers which might not be full images.
Remember these packs are DEADSTOCK this means they have been stored away for 10, 20, 30 + years and whilst we aim to supply them in the best possible condition we can, we cannot guarantee like new quality.
We do not usually deal in individual cards, chase cards and specials. The packs we sell come straight from the boxes, as you would have bought them in a physical shop in the past. Any special cards / holograms / autograph cards are just as likely to be in a pack you receive as the packs we sell anywhere else or keep for ourselves, we don’t open and reseal any packs.
